ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This is a luxurious brand new 1 bed apartment located on the 4th floor.
Internally the apartment has really been finished to a high standard. It’s located on a quieter street and it is not overlooked.
In the living room area, you find a corner sofa, a 32” flat screen TV, and a round dining table that comfortably sits 2 people. There is a juliet balcony from the lounge a views towards the itchen bridge.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a separated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Tassimo coffee machine. You also have all the pots, pans, tools and equipment needed for cooking a great meal. Everything from wine cooler, champagne glasses to wok pan and a garlic press.
- Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a computer desk and study light.
- Family Bathroom
The main bathroom is located in the entrance hallway. It has a heated towel rail. There is also a TV in the bathroom, so you can have a nice relaxing bath whilst catching up on yoru favourite TV programs.
The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the flat has wood effect flooring. There is a cupboard in the hallway which is great for storage and there is also a washer dryer machine.
There is WIFI in the property.
The property is located in Royal Crescent Apartments, Ocean Village, Southampton. Ocean Village, is one of the most sought-after locations in Southampton and has a marina and an array of bars restaurants, cinema's and local Tesco. The marina is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center is just a short walk from the apartment where you can find an ambandence of shopping with two big shopping mals and a vibrant high street.
The property is a 5min drive or a 15 min walk to Southampton Central Railway Station and National Express coach station. The Dockgate 4 cruise terminal in just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the Red Funnel ferry terminal to the Isle of Wight is just 5 minutes walk.
For guests staying on a longer term basis the apartment is cleaned once per week. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee.
In line with the luxurious standard of the apartment you get bathrobes, high-quality bed linen and bathroom towels. You also have kitchen apron and kitchen towels.
BOOKING / PRICES
The apartment sleeps up to 2 x people, with a minimum stay of 4 x nights.
The nightly rate starts £130 per night and discounts are available for longer stays of over 14 nights.

Please note: This is a completely new development and some parts of the building is still being finalised. There is therefore some building dust in some communal areas.
